  • Yes. Spade Therapy Co. is based in Decatur, Texas, where I offer in-person sessions. I also provide online therapy for clients across Texas, Colorado, and Florida through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Online sessions work much like in-person therapy, giving you a confidential space to talk openly, with the added convenience of meeting from your own home.

  • Private pay rates vary by service, and insurance plans determine your out-of-pocket cost. A clear breakdown of rates is available before starting services, so you know what to expect.

  • Yes. I am credentialed with many major providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare, among others. Since I’m on a large number of panels, the easiest way to confirm your coverage is to contact me or check with your insurance provider. I also accept private pay and can provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the expected cost of your care. Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive this estimate before beginning services. It helps ensure transparency so you know what to expect financially, without surprise bills.
