Finding Steady Ground

Life is full of transitions that can leave you feeling unsteady. You may be working through the lasting effects of trauma, navigating changes in your relationships, or exploring questions of identity. Motherhood can bring its own set of pressures, just as adjusting to new roles or stages of life can feel overwhelming. In the middle of these challenges, it is common to feel stuck, wanting to move forward but unsure how to begin. Therapy can provide the support, clarity, and tools needed to take the next step toward a life that feels more grounded and meaningful.

  • Forward movement and meaningful progress are at the heart of my work. I believe therapy is not only about easing pain in the moment but also about creating lasting change. This requires emotional attunement, alignment with your values, and the flexibility to adapt when life does not go as planned. My approach is collaborative and progress-driven, drawing on evidence-based practices that help you heal, build resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.

  • I specialize in therapy for adults of all ages, from young adulthood through later stages of life. Many of the people I work with are women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community who are looking for a space where they can feel safe, respected, and affirmed. My practice is grounded in inclusivity and compassion, offering care to individuals who may have felt unseen or misunderstood in other settings. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and HIV and AIDS allied, committed to creating a space where every person is met with dignity, respect, and the belief that their story matters.

  • Starting therapy is a powerful step toward change. Whether you are healing from the past, navigating a transition, or seeking clarity in your relationships and identity, therapy can help you move forward with courage and hope. My role is to walk alongside you in this process, offering support and strategies so you feel more connected to yourself and more confident in building the life you want to live.

You do not have to keep navigating change and uncertainty on your own. Therapy offers a place to make sense of what feels overwhelming, to regain your footing, and to create a life that feels more grounded and meaningful. You deserve support as you move through these transitions, and when you are ready, I will be here to walk beside you.
